APEDA License Application Process:

 

Stage 1: Open APEDA website and Sign-up. On the home page click on the register as a member.

 

Stage 2: As an exporter you are required to enter your fundamental details, IE CODE, Email ID, mobile number and then submit.

 

Stage 3: Enter the OTP (One Time Password) on the verification screen for confirmation and then click on Submit.

 

Stage 4: After confirmation you will be required to fill online application and give the required documents. The documents ought to be in the JPEG, PDF or PNG formats. You should enter all the correct information before submitting the application

 

Stage 5: You can fill the On-line application at once or you can come back to the site through OTP. You can edit your filled data until payment isn't made.

 

Stage 6: Spay the registration of fees Rs. 5900 (with GST) through any of the following modes:-

 

  • Credit Card(MasterCard and Visa)

 

  • Platinum card (MasterCard and Visa)

 

  • Demand draft for "APEDA" payable at respective cities of APEDA offices.

Stage 7: After making the payment you will be given an application number. Note it carefully, as it can be required for future references.

 

Stage 8: You will be sent an "Exporter Login" through email.

 

Stage 9: The exporter can see the status of the RCMC application by tapping the 'Track Application' connection to see the status of the application by presenting the IE Code and application number.

 

Stage 10: If there should be any incorrect information found in your application then the exporter will be required to resubmit the documents again. So you should monitor the status of the RCMC application.

 

Stage 11: Following documents are required with the application:

 

  • Self-certified copy of Import-Export code issued by the D.G.F.T.

 

  • Bank Certificate duly signed by the authorities.

 

  • If the exporter wants to enlist as Manufacturer Exporter, they ought to submit a self-attested copy of the registration of the organization with the relevant certifications for the products given beneath:-

 

  • Floriculture and seeds- Dept. Of Horticulture/DIC/SIA/FSSAI
  • Fruits & Vegetables- Dept. Of Agriculture/ Horticulture/DIC/SIA/FSSAI
  • Groundnut / Pulses / Guar gum- DIC / SIA / FSSAI / Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum issued by Ministry of MSME
  • Processed Fruits & Vegetables/ Processed Food Products/Meat products/Cereals preparation/ Misc. Preparation - FSSAI
  • Dairy/Poultry/Honey - FSSAI/EIC/EIA
  • Alcoholic Beverages- Dept. Of Excise Commissioner
  • Cereals- DIC / SIA / FSSAI / Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum issued by Ministry of MSME

 

Note: No Printed version of any document is required for RCMC from APEDA.

 

Stage 12: Under RCMC menu login through APEDA login and go to 'View RCMC Certificate'. If your RCMC is approved then you can take the printout of the certificate.
